Dr. Neff is excellent because she is very patient centric and focused. She cares. This is very important to me since she is my primary care and is at the center of all my health care. She established a rapport with me that made me feel very comfortable and that she was truly concerned about my care and issues. She is very responsive and quick to follow-up. She is also analytical and very penetrating in her diagnosis; and she is very good at explaining things at a level that I understand. Beyond her care for my physical health , she also focuses on my mental health. I like her holistic approach to caring for my overall health and well being .

Dr. Neff is an outstanding physician. She listens to her patients and allows them to fully participate in their care. Visits are not rushed and she easily coordinates with specialists. I followed her to this practice without hesitation. I know I can call at anytime and she follows up quickly. The 24/7 care is reassuring and is a way for me to retain my independence.

Dr. Neff has been very attentive to me and my concerns as a new patient. I have been seeing her for a couple months and been in twice already. She always takes her time with me and I never feel rushed. As a woman in my 40s I’ve had a lot of concerns about changes as I age and Dr. Neff has been so helpful tackling each issue with me.
